By regularly analyzing Turkey's global agenda and ecosystem, it provides consultancy services and projects that contribute to developing data-based policies, strategies, and roadmaps with its developed methodologies.

By closely following the agenda and focusing on the future, it designs thematic and value-oriented startup acceleration programs and implements them together them together with different stakeholders.

BiGGbio
It is designed for business ideas in life sciences, biotechnology and health technologies to reach 1512 BiGG Support. The program, which was carried out in cooperation with ODTU TEKNOKENT in the 2020-2022 Period, is carried out in cooperation with Marmara Teknokent, TÜBİTAK MAM and ODTÜ TEKNOKENT in the 2023-2025 Period.
CoronaSprint
This program, carried out in cooperation with AIFD (Association of Research-Based Pharmaceutical Companies) and implemented during the days when the effects of the pandemic were intense, it was ensured that solutions for the needs coming from the field in the fields of medicine, vaccine, device, diagnosis and digital health technologies related to COVID-19 were put into practice. The program was supported as an ISTKA project.
Kandilli Health
It is an acceleration program aimed at facilitating the sales and marketing processes of health SMEs and start-ups in the Istanbul region, supporting them to open up to global markets, increasing the sector's activities, increasing their sales capacity, and accelerating their trade. It is carried out in cooperation with Boğaziçi University and İSEK.
BiGGimpact
It is the 1512 BIGG program designed to lead the transformation of social benefit oriented technological business ideas into sustainability oriented companies with high added value on a global scale. It is carried out in cooperation with ImpactHub Istanbul and ODTU TEKNOKENT in the 2023-2025 Period.
GreenTech Izmir
It is an acceleration program focused on the development of initiatives operating in the field of green technologies and sustainability and strengthening sector collaborations. It has been carried out with the support of Izmir Development Agency since 2018.
Green Ankara
It is an acceleration program focused on developing green technologies and sustainability initiatives that strengthen sector collaborations. Since 2018 it has been carried out with the support of the Izmir Development Agency.
BIO Startup
The BIO Startup Program, designed and implemented by ReDis, has been carried out since 2016 with the support and cooperation of the Association of Research-Based Pharmaceutical Companies (AİFD). BIO Startup, which enables the development and internationalization of biotechnology startups through training and mentoring, is Turkey's first and only biotechnology-focused accelerator program.
OncoSprint
It is a sprint program designed to reveal ideas and create solution roadmaps for cancer and aging needs. It was developed in 2022 in cooperation with Sanofi.
